For my second town, I'm want to make a cycle town to help people get their dreamies, but also make a town with a theme/story. So besides time traveling, how do people cycle villagers out so quickly and get new ones? If there is a strategy I can follow or something, let me know please
I've cycled by scanning amiibo cards and forcing someone out. They'll be in boxes the same day.
You can scan a card once a day, making the process faster than ever. I think that's the easiest way if you can do it
