So I'm looking to customize the alpine series to match the retro fridge and have a retro mint-green kitchen. I've been looking at different clothes to use to achieve the solid green I want (I tried the mint shirt and the repetitive pattern is driving me nuts).

Firstly, you can customize with pants and umbrellas as well as shirts/dresses, right?
Secondly, are the frog costume pants solid green all around? What about the kappa costume pants? Apart from those all I can think of using is the fresh tank or green stripe tank. Why does the alpine series preset have to be all patterned fabric and not solid colors ;-;

1. No, you can't. Pants are a weird shape to make a design out of, and umbrellas have little addons to them a lot of the time, and different shapes and sizes. So it never happened. Only shirts/dresses work, unfortunately.

You realize it's not too hard to just make a solid mint-green pattern, right? Takes no artistic skill at all. Just use the fill tool and your desired color, and you've got yourself a working, usable pattern. The downside, of course, is that you'll need an open slot in your pattern storage. But that's the best thing I can think of that may solve your problem.
