Curlos pinged me about moving!
(err.. rather Wolfgang told me about it and I don't talk to villagers I don't plan on keeping anymore because I've had them pull the bait-and-switch on me too many times.)
So! He's officially moving on the 22nd, but, if anyone wants to claim him tonight I will TT to him in boxes and let you scoop him up.

Edit: I should note that he's.. not exactly original. His shirt is different and a few things in his house have changed. (I picked him up from a friend's void originally.)
