Critique please~

Okay soo I've had this picture in my head forever and I decided today that I would draw it to see if I could put my idea onto paper (idk how to draw on the computer) I'm honestly pretty happy with how it turned out but I know it's not perfect... So I would like some feedback but please be kind, I'm not too good at handling mean comments .-.

I think it's already pretty good! c:
I'm bad at giving tips, but a few things I noticed:
- hair looks kinda too thick, especially for the small face. therefore, the hair should be lowered, so that it lays more on the head. you can also add more strokes for details, it'll make the hair appear thinner.
- Marshal's anatomy seems weird. I'm myself bad at proportions, so I can't give any real tips, I'm very sorry
- the outlines for the skirt look a bit weird, like, it's ripped. Or is this on purpose?

But other than that, it looks great! What about coloring?

Thank you for the tips! And umm I don't really like to color my drawings too much cuz I'm afraid I'll mess it up... I'm not very good at coloring, yet but I'll work on it sometime
