Creativity Blog #15: House Plan #4

This is the last house plan of the Creativity Blog. The first three sounded like some really good ideas to me, so I should do one more.

This house is just a regular brick house with standard doors and windows. Roof is made of shingles, and more disappointingly, there are no porches. This time, there are three stories, but one is a basement that is partially exposed. The basement has high windows, which are near the ground if you're on the outside. And the perimeter of the house is a perfect square with a hip roof.

Front Yard:

• All that exists is a front porch steps with a doorbell and porch lights
• However, the paths are decorated with flowers
• The entire house is fenced around, except for the front side.

Interior Design:

• Like I said, it has a perfect square perimeter
• The foyer is the tallest room in the house. In the basement, there is a living room in the center. Both the first and second floors have open railings with staircases
• Left of the foyer is a big dining hall
• Behind the dining room is the kitchen with a utility next door
• Right of the foyer is a living room for the upper two floors
• The living room also extends to the back
• Behind the foyer is a library with a door to the backyard
• Upstairs has a few bedrooms, bathrooms, and a master bedroom it also has a game room
• The basement has four guest rooms next to the foyer. Behind the main area, there is a recreation room and conference room

Backyard:

• Access to the backyard is through the back room on the middle floor
• It has deckings as a backyard porch, but it's uncovered
• The rest of the backyard has a playground, which includes a slide, jungle gym, merry-go-round, and swing set
• Fences are picket fences
