Couple Questions About T&T Emporium

I just have a couple of questions because I want to upgrade my TIY as soon as possible. ^^

1). Do I have to spent 100,000 bells in the actual store, or do catalog items count as spending money in the store? People have told me multiple things and I just want a straight answer: Does the money you spend on catalog items count towards the 100,000 bells needed to upgrade into T&T Emporium?

2). If I wanted to complete Gracie's fashion checks ASAP, how can I do it? I've heard that if you TT back to the day she first appeared, you can just do it over and over until you have all four fashion checks, but I want to know if there's an easier way. Any help with this would be appreciated!

I'm not sure about the answer to your first question, but as to the second, I'm pretty sure TT would be your best bet. And I really don't think the process is long/difficult at all. The chance of Gracie "naturally" showing up in your town is completely random, and there's just no guarantee you can have it done within a short period of time other than the method you've mentioned. I was able to use this trick to complete all four gracie's check within a week, and my T&T Emporium is now on its way to grand opening.

Your first question=Purchase anything from catalog don't count into the 100,000~Only the items you buy on the store =x

I don't think that's the case. In Mirage, I bought a crown from the catalog every week and I was finished in 21 or so days. I didn't spend anywhere near 100,000 on in-store items. Crowns bring Gracie running.

I dont think thers an easier way.

Be ready to wait, because i had tiy from july 20th to new years eve.
Gracies apperances are sparce.
