Corrupted Save File?

I was greeted with this message when I started this my game this morning. Anyway to salvage it? ( At least my 2nd copy arrived which I was going to use for cycling. ;_; Which is physical this time around.)

I'm going to have to restart I guess...

This appears to have happened before, but from what I've heard it's not salvageable. I'm not an expert, mine has never corrupted, but that's what I've read when this has happened to other people. I'm really sorry.
