Hey now! What about the Zune?!? :gyroid360move:OddCrazyMe said:Internet Explorer will never be compatible with current Internet standards. It's truly a shame if you think about it. Why can't Microsoft just put out a quality product?
I was referring solely to Internet Explorer. I guess I should have been a little more clear.Jeremy said:Hey now! Oh okay. I've never used a Zune before, so I wouldn't know how sucky/un-sucky it is.Jeremy said:Lol actually I was being sarcastic.OddCrazyMe said:I was referring solely to Internet Explorer. HTML5? What do you mean?Bacon Boy said:Safari's the second best! Woohoo! Doesn't zetaboards have HTML coding as well?
Yea. Doesn't zetaboards have an html option? Instead of BB Code. Will that be changed as well?Jeremy said:HTML5? What do you mean?Bacon Boy said:Safari's the second best! Woohoo! Doesn't zetaboards have HTML coding as well?
Oh I don't think so.Bacon Boy said:Yea. Doesn't zetaboards have an html option? Instead of BB Code. Will that be changed as well?Jeremy said:HTML5? What do you mean?Bacon Boy said:Safari's the second best! Woohoo! Doesn't zetaboards have HTML coding as well?
The reason boards use BB Code instead of HTML is due to the way people can hack with HTML. If HTML was enabled it would allow somebody post a redirect link directly in one of their posts, causing anyone who goes to that topic to be redirected to a possibly harmful website.Bacon Boy said:Yea. Only some stuff with HTML was permitted, everything else was blocked.Bacon Boy said:Yea. Doesn't zetaboards have an html option? Instead of BB Code. Will that be changed as well?Jeremy said:HTML5? Jeremy said:Then I don't really see the point of that. HTML code is much more confusing than BB Code, especially when you're trying to write out a quick reply on a forum. Why not just use BB Code? ;PJas0n said:The reason boards use BB Code instead of HTML is due to the way people can hack with HTML. Jas0n said:I'm not really sure why they didn't use BBCode (Maybe they started using HTML before BBCode was used by most forums?... I don't know how long Lithium has been around.), but there are a lot of useful things you can do with HTML. It depends how much wasn't allowed though.Jeremy said:Then I don't really see the point of that. I consider it to be organizing the information they're trying to present. :gyroidcircle:Mino said:My God, I hate infographics. Seriously, all they usually manage to do is obscure the information they're trying to present.
This particular specimen had horrible organization. There was not enough white space, the browser comparison was confusing, and most of it was text. Good ol' paragraphs could've gone a lot further for whoever was presenting this information.Jeremy said:I consider it to be organizing the information they're trying to present. :gyroidcircle:Mino said:My God, I hate infographics. I agree, I found it confusing to read. Wasn't sure where to read next xDMino said:This particular specimen had horrible organization.
