Well.... I have reason to believe that Korok seeds are actually just Korok DUNG lmao
See,,, in the item description it says that it has a very distinct smell, which is probably evidence
there's a child NPC at a stable (idk which stable, but it's the one next to the huge ravine where the fire dragon spawns) that says she wonders what Korok droppings look like (again, evidence)
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanndd if you find all 900 koroks, then Hestu literally gives you what is very clearly his dung

So, yeah. Kind of disgusting but also kind of interesting. Really makes me love the game more tbh

Koroks have always been adorable but now that I know their secrets I just can't enjoy them too much
I think I'll enjoy whacking them some more

well they were also in wind waker. And when l had played BOTW, l remember l went very close to the korok and l turned the camera around and was able to see their face. They have no eyes or mouth.
