I don't think you can get PWP projects from people coming into your town?

The train station upgrade is the only one. I think that's the PWP being spoke of here.

I forget about it, too sometimes. Probably because in my second town I'm working at that project slowly. Tends to escape from time to time.

As for the actual project getting as the title says, just so I'm not too far off topic, I wouldn't make a very good candidate. I tend to stay in towns and jabber on rather than leave and return many times...
