I just got it, whats the purpose of this pokemon anyway ?

The shiny pichu you get at GS will evolve, but the notch ear you get wont. :L

I know. But you have to take it to Illex Forest first. And you know what sucks? The Pichu is already at lvl. 30. That damn Jirachi was at lvl. 5 when I got it...
