Why is it named Cocotown?
It was the name of first ever Animal Crossing town I ever had, and nostalgia is great.

Cocotown Etiquette
For when you come into my town!
1) Please be do not use profusive language if you have WiiSpeak, my house is small so everyone can hear what you're saying, that includes my mom and 11 year old brother.
2) Try not to run where there are flowers, I worked hard buying the seeds everyday and planting them.
3) No chopping the trees! I do that myself to make my town perfect.
4) Buy anything in the shops, I already buy everything I need every morning anyway.
5) Um... be nice?
