I am running this auction on behalf of Maruchan, a well-known, well-rated member with a history of giveaways, but who is plagued by shyness when it comes to running auctions. More on that below (about the auction being for Maruchan, not about her shyness, though you may contact me about that, too).
Guidelines
- Although you may bid with in-game bells, TBT is preferred, or you can use a combination of bells and TBT. The going rate for TBT at this time is about 100 TBT = 2.5 million bells and I am using the spreedsheet appended in 'Guide to TBT Rates' for the numbers included below.
- Starting bid: 1 million or 40 TBT.
- Minimum increment:: 500k or 20 TBT
- Buyout: 10 million bells or 400 TBT.
- Maruchan will meet the auction winner at her station and take them to Coco.
- They are free to use the ATM at her house or post office.
- Session will be ended after they confirm Coco is moving to their town.
- The auction will end tonight at 11 PM Pacific (at the time of this post, it is 6:45 PM Pacific). Please note that if I do not close the topic at the precise minute or second indicated, that does not mean a bid may be snuck in after the time indicated.
- After the auction has ended, I will close this topic, and direct Maruchan to promptly contact the winner at this forum with further information. Maruchan may not reply immediately, but I will keep the auction winner up to date, and the auction winner does not need to pay until after s/he deals with her anyway.
