Coco never moved in?!

Okay, I'm freaking out. I gave someone 4 mil for coco, but she never showed up in my town... I talked to her and everything! Her former owner saved time after time after I talked to her. Would it possibly have to do with the fact that the wifi dc'd after everything was done? What should I do?

If you have your 4mil back as well then you probably didn't adopt her. Do you still have your money?

As far as I know, even if you saved after talking to Coco, you should either leave by train or have the host end the session. I've heard stories about people who saved, but then disconnected, and they never got their villager.

Well, I time traveled so it's been about 14 days in game since I adopted her. and another thing, instead of coco's plot appearing, ruby's plot appeared. Her plot wasn't there when I adopted coco, but I think it might have something to do with this.

Okay, what happened was I payed her, she saved, I talked to coco, and then she saved again. and after the save it dc'd because my battery died.

did he save after you got your villager and after you payed? so did you pay first, then talk, then save? if that happened and you disconnected, i would think that you would get coco. did you have any other wifi contact with anybody that day?

Yes, she saved after I got coco and after I payed her. And no, it was a little after 10pm when I went over so I was done after I went to go get coco.

You have to leave by the train station in order to get the villager. Either by you leaving or the person ending session. Saving is not enough. Sorry this happened to you. . Next time dont bother with all the saving. Talk to villager first. Drop as quickly as possible. Have host end session.

Ugh, great. This is all my fault. My battery died before I got to leave, so now I'll never get her... Now i'm mad at myself. :/
