Buying Clovers, Cedars, Flowers + Lost items!

So I'm getting back into ACNL again. I went on a fairly long hiatus from the game since school started up and homework has been piling on my desk. I'm making an overgrown library town, so naturally I'd need tons of clovers and flowers and the such. I have some of my own cedars and stumps already around, I just need some of the book lost item (if you don't know what I mean, it's one of the items you pick up off the ground that a villager lost, specifically the one that looks like a book) and clovers. Black and white flowers and cedars are appreciated but not my highest priority right now.

Please offer a fair price, in IGB only. I'd like to save my TBT for now and I have almost 70mil IGB to spend. I may do trades, though I'd prefer not too. I will only go to YOUR town, you may not come to mine.
