green buckled shoes = 1260 bells or 1 TBT
navy formal pants =1440 bells or 2 TBT
beach umbrella = 960 bells or 1 TBT
All 4 = 7650 bells or 8 TBT

As shown here, each item i'm buying is triple its original buying price (in bells). I'll come to you to pick it up. I'll pay you when you show me in game by dropping it, either in bells or TBT.
