Do you have any of the orderable dlc? Like the zodiac furniture? I'd trade you the coffeemaker for just being able to catalog any of those and maybe catalog a normal item like a dishwasher or something, lol.
If you don't have any of those ummm, 50k sound fair? But I'd prefer cataloging to bells if that's easier.
