Oh my gosh thank you for the crit! Legs are my biggest struggle. ;; And sure!Your art is adorable!
My criticism would be that your anatomy could be more polished to make it look more human like! Understanding anatomy is important even with chibis ;u; I notice it especially in your legs. Here is a tutorial that really helped me!

and for my request (assuming it does not have to be ac related) could you draw a chibi of pearl from steven universe? I think she would look very cute in your style uwu

Thank you a ton! n.nBtw your art is amazing.
My critique:
Your drawings are amazing from my point of view c: In general, for the halo in your digital preview, try to make the inside horizontal lines more straight and parallel to each other. Also, for the neck try to make it more straight along the way down, then ease horizontally into the shoulders. In other words, give it more definition c: The collar bones should kind of slant or tint inwards a bit, but everything else is perfect. May I ask which program you use ? If you use programs like photo shop or paint too sai, you should be given the options for layers, which should be used as an advantage. Layers just allow you to work on specific areas more smoothly. For example, if you don't use layers and you want to erase the shoulders but there's hair in the way, you could end up accidentally erasing the hair as well. Of course, it's an easy fix, but if you have the hair and shoulders on two different layers, you can just erase all around the shoulders and nothing from the hair will get erased. As for the traditional art, try sharpening your pencil (if you use an old school pencil) every now and then so it doesn't get dull. Whether it's a sketch or line art, sharper tips make everything easier. I've noticed a few gaps and sketch marks which you'll probably want to close up, like around the hair and the left leg. If there are any extra sketchy lines, be sure to erase them if you're going for lineart c: Lastly, for the body parts..try making them adjacent and put the real world into thought. Even though this isn't a realistic drawing, consider the general human joints in the legs and arms. Basically, what I do to check if my drawings are decent is I just imagine the person in that drawing walking around in real life and try to see if anything is wrong with their body. For example- the elbows. They seem a bit low, and if you took away the skirt, then that means the fore arm would realistically be at her knee caps. Try adding some definition to the ankles and knees as well c:
I put together a quick example here:
