I'm sooooooooo sorry, I just changed the time back as Retail had closed and the price has dropped to 64 Bells D:
I will probably take some time to find another good price. I thought changing the time would keep the price. So sorry. I shall try and find a good price.

But yeah... TT, even for a few hours or a minute resets the price to a very low one and a constantly decreasing pattern.
