He is. If big tough looking villagers with weirdly squeaky voices don't bother you, go for it. That's the only reason I can't handle Rodeo and Drago lol. They both have the highest voices and it just bothers me for some reason. Anyway, best of luck!

Sorry to hear about Punchy! I just got him in my main town recently, and he's quickly becoming my favorite lazy.

Others I can recommend...welp, I had Rodeo for the longest time in my main town; I know he's not a high tier villager, but I really grew to like him. I had Hugh for a little bit in my second town, and he reminded me a lot of Rodeo (unfortunately, this most likely due to lazy villager dialogue); he was also cute. I also agree on Elmer; I'd keep him in Piyo if he fit the theme I'm trying to create.
Beau was my favorite villager in my cycling town when he was there; he's higher tier, so it might be harder to get him, however.

So, my recommended list would be: Rodeo, Hugh, Elmer, and Beau...in no particular order. I really liked Rodeo and Beau out of all of them. I've had other lazies in my cycling town, but no real contact with them.

I can suggest Cube, Erik or Spork (I dunno why everybody seems to hate him, he's so cute!)... Other lazy villagers I love: Filbert, Ozzie and Drago.

I gotta admit, I'm surprised by some of the new Animals not being Cranky. Like Marshal, I thought he was cranky until I had him in my old town. xD;;

I dunno, Rodeo's growing on me the more I look at him! > 7<
And he just popped up in a cycling thread....Maybe I'll be lucky and manage to get him after Punchy Moves.

If I'm lucky I can get Punchy out before Rodeo moves in your town. But no worries either way, It puts me at 10 villagers again...
