No problem if you would like to adopt Julian you can either stick around till he is in boxes or reserve him so he is waiting for you. Reserving is 50tbt (but it comes off the full price of the villager) and it ensures that noone else can reserve or take him before you The buyout for him would be 200tbt including that 50tbt. You could pay the full amount now or when he is in boxes, I just need payment before the gates open. However I only reserve with a 50tbt deposit

Nope it's free to lurk but I can't guarantee someone else won't swipe her. Just know that ^_^ I'll add you to the lurker list and let you know when she goes into boxes.
