i doubt you can
everyone else, however, should look to enabling bluetooth on their phone, so that it's findable by other devices.
then they should search for other devices from their psp, and hopefully find whatever they've named their phone.
of course, i doubt the psp has much to do with phones (file transfer is likely not possible, just use your computer)
