In my second town, Palinoia, I'm making my town a city/country themed town. I would like to get some inspiration by visiting dream addresses! I hope they don't mind me advertising their towns, but TheGreatBrain has a country town called Farmland (4400-5150-7036), and TarzanGirl has a farm town called Pixley (4700-4833-7080). I really enjoyed visiting both in the Dream Suite; they were both super creative and fun! Also, angiestown on Tumblr has a country-ish town called Wayfield (4000-4155-5644). In the past, she's fixed up the town for Christmas and Halloween.
Hmmm...I've visited so many great towns, but those three came to mind when you asked for country towns. I don't think I have any city-themed town addresses bookmarked, though I have seen some very well done city towns. Sorry I'm not more help there!
