Christmas Lights?

I haven't got a single Christmas light up in my town and it's making me sad because I really badly want them...
Any idea why I don't have them?

Christmas lights only appear on cedar trees and only a few get lit up each day :x

I need only to get lit up so my city plaza will look beautiful, but it doesn't u_u

Only a few in my new town have lights on them. I wonder why all of them don't get lit up, because that'd be nice.

Most of the Cedar trees in my town are all lighten up, mostly the ones near houses and buildings. I wish they stayed like that year round
