Christmas Hat on Avatar!

So, I saw a bunch of people using Santa hats on their avatars and I was wondering, where do they get it? Someone told me that they used some site, but I forgot what it was :/ If anyone could tell me where you get them I will be eternally grateful! :> ^^

I just use photoshop, I have all the adobe programs for free while I'm studying graphics design.

Yeah I was surprised when the file was named Bowie, I was like wait Bowie have two accounts? Lol.
