Have you made any choices in ACNL that you have come to regret?
Like town layout, PWP or house placement, dreamies or any other concious choice.

I kinda regret not getting rid of Ribbot and getting my sweet Snake instead of him as my jock. Snake is definitely my favourite jock. But Ribbot is the only villager left from my original five and he is a robot which is pretty cool (and he fits with my many other "special" villagers really well) and his house placement is very good... It's not because I dislike Ribbot, I just like Snake so much.
Now it would be a huge bother to get another move in since I would have to destroy my town again with missplaced PWP:s so it's not even worth considering anymore. :P

I regret going to someone's town and some how ended up with Charlisle or however you spell her name -.-

I have an awful campsite placement in Chrome. :c I also kinda regret letting Kiki go, and I know when Pierce eventually leaves Celadon, (I really want a uchi and Phoebe is one of my favorite villagers) my heart is going to be torn in half. I'll probably end up regretting it, but Phoebe...

But that's an accident, not a conscious choice. ;P

It was heartbreaking for me to replace Purrl (one of my original 5 and my first best friend) with Ankha but I didn't like Purrls house placement and at least one of my best friends adopted her. ;__;

I regret buying the reset center. It's absolutely annoying when I don't want to save.

I kind of regret my house placement, since it's quite far off from all the important buildings and main street. If it were possible to replace your house, I'd put mine much closer to Re-tail, the town hall and the plaza (which are all close together). Not only would that make my trips to Re-tail much easier, it's also the most active part of my town since villagers tend to cluster there. :)

But I can't say I'm actually unhappy with my house placement. I could have picked much worse spots, for sure.

Aside from that, I don't think I regret anything!

Path...designs.

I made my own paths. They're not horrible but I've just grown less fond of them over time and now I'm probably going to repixel the 10+ patterns haha 8'D

I regret the placements of my police station and the reset center. The police station is on a part of the map where I rarely pass by, and the reset center... For some reason I didn't think it would be closed most of the time and only open as a random event, so I hid it behind my town hall as a cool "secret tunnel" kind of thing. Now I have to go off the path to see if it's open :/

I kinda regret not saying yes when Tank asked to leave but he's bound to ask me again.

And this one is kinda weird but I regret no being a TimeTraveler because I'm getting sick of this grass deterioration thing and TTing for like 2 weeks front and back could fix this instantly. I hate being punished for not TTing somehow.

My house placement. I wanted it to be next to the waterfall. You can hear it from inside the house, but I can't f.e. decorate the area in front of my house. It's really small. It's not that bad but it's still annoying.

I regret letting Fuchsia leave my town so early! She was my first Uchi, and I really didn't like her at the time. But now I kinda miss her.

Plus, I never got another Uchi and I never got the Uchi specific PWPs >.<;;;

I have the same fear! I'm so tempted to build the Reset Center, but I'm deathly afraid that I'm gonna regret it once it's built.

I would never regret building the Reset Center, because I like Mr. Resetti, and even reset just to see him on occasion.

I regret my campsite placement. I had the wonderful idea of putting it where it would be out of the way (because it's not that nice to look at when it's empty), so I placed it right next to the cliff. There's literally one space between my campsite and this huge wall. Except for flowers, I can't put anything there to make it look pretty. I've seen in dream towns what other people have done with their campsite and I wish I had placed it elsewhere. Sadly you can't demolish it or I would have done so a long time ago.

i regret where i put my house, police station, and campsite lol :x but i am not going to reset right now because i have all of my dreamies :3

Yeah I'm extremely happy with my own campsite placement. ^^

I hate my house placement its really dumb but I've learned to love it lol

Oh and my police station placement is hella dumb

Town layout and my character's face and name. Although when I got my town and stuff I didn't know there were different faces or that layouts mattered much. And I named my character after myself since I was too lazy to think of a name.

I regret letting Kevin go. I made a halfhearted attempt at doing a TT-free cycle to get him back but that's not happening. I wish I'd kept Whitney as well but she has a nice home so I'm fine with that.

For the longest time, I hated where I'd put my campsite but I finally asked myself, "How can I make this look nice?" and then just did it. Now it's a nice little copse of cedars with mushrooms, a log bench, and a water pump. And I don't have to think about it anymore.

YES! Same here. And because it's my first town, and I still love it (and have put a lot of work into it!) it seems really sad to wipe the whole thing and start again.
