I. Rules, no one likes 'em but you gotta have 'em
- All trades will be done at my town unless you specifically note that you would like the trade at your town.
- Both TBT and IGB are accepted
- Please limit your purchases to 15 items each
- There is a limit of 2 purchases per day
- Landscaping services are free, but tips are greatly appreciated
- The store is name your price

- Design help, read below for more info - cost of all furniture used + small work fee that we can work out
Design help - what I do is I buy all of the furniture you need, I supply all QR codes, I refurbish any furniture to your liking, and I lay it all out in your home. There is a specific form for this below, but the cost can be determined based on budget. I will keep track of any purchases I make whether it's refurbishing prices or the cost of furniture. Of course, there will be a small fee for my services which will be determined by how long the design takes, how many rooms you ask me to design, and how large the rooms are. Sometimes I will throw in an item that was not asked for which is completely free of charge; you will only be charged for items you ask for.
