The Chatateria is a new forum, created by moi, that will be opening on Sunday, June 14th.

So what makes this forum different? For one, it is a general discussion forum. This means that any discussion is allowed, from literature, politics, video games, and much much more. Overall the whole forum is meant to be simplistic, allowing it to be accessible by anyone. The forum also uses zbAIO, which is the same as TBT's very own Bell System.

So remember to come back to this thread on Sunday, June 14th, for the grand opening of the Chatateria! :D

I still fail to see the difference between any other general discussion forum. It looks like it has absolutely nothing unique. I suggest you come up with new concepts to attract more visitors. It is a bit difficult to do this with general discussion forums, but I'm sure you'll come up with something.

The uniqueness, for instance an AC theme, draws people in. Once they're there, it turns into a general discussion forum. Like 90% of our topics are completely unrelated to animal crossing.

Yea, I understand what you mean.

General discussion forums are always the hardest to create a concept for. No one, or at least barely anyone, has a full idea of where their forum will be in months later. This is why founders need to focus on just getting a community at first, and then branding themselves later.

Awesome, i'll be sure to check back in a few days.

I wish i could but i'm going to laser tag the day it opens and then on holiday for the next five days and then might be going to a friends.

I don't even use TBT for Animal Crossing anymore, but instead for just chatting with people.
Same thing here. Maybe I'll be more addicted to it than TBT.

Does anyone but the no0bs?
I'll be joining. TBT doesn't have enough places to Generally Discuss other than The E.P.I.C.
And here you don't even gain post count unless you're posting about something to do with Video Games. Brewsters and Off Topic are the most used and posts don't get added in their.
