Buying Cedar Saplings and normal Saplings (can pay in either in-game bells or TBT's)

Hi! I'm really after both Cedar Tree Saplings and the normal, regular Saplings as well for my Town. The more I can get, the better.

I can pay in either in-game bells or with TBT's. I'm looking to pay around 4TB per sapling, which is about the average price on this forum. For in-game bells, I don't really know. Make me an offer and we can negotiate
