Catching the little yellow bird

I tried like 10 times to catch the little yellow bird that just sits on top of the bulletin board. Even if i get close to it slowly it flies away! Is there a trick to catch it???

Don't haxx on Wii, but I know that it wolud be possible.

Yes, you can play as ANYTHING with hax.
Including fish shadows, buildings, etc.
