Catalog help please

Tom Nook Won't let me order from My Catalog! (Nookington's) Everytime I try it says that he is too busy and has maxed out his orders but he will be happy so sell to me another time...Why is it Saying that?!?!

It actually does it for another reason. (when it happened to me, I didn't order anything before)

OK....Uhmm No One is in my town...it's pretty much normal....I haven't ordered anything in about 4 months....and it has been doing this fro a while now....So PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

you only can hold ten letters in your mailbox and nook has to send them by mail
and wen you order ten things you cant order or mail anything esle till you get your mail.

No...It has nothing to do with that...I've received the last orders and everything my mailbox is empty....the only thing I can think of...is that I just got a new DS and so I Used to play it on the old one...and the catalog hasn't worked since I got the new DS... But it still may have not worked before that...But please someone help!!!
