Carnations and blue roses?

I'm planning to grow hybrids of carnations. I also have 2 blue roses that I would like to breed so when I get a geyser for a PWP, I can put those roses around it. Which one is easier to breed? I have two carnations in the fence PWP with a Jacob's Ladder, and two blue roses next to each other outside of the fence. I understand blue roses are a pain to breed already, but which one has the higher chance of spawning is my question.

Actually, blue roses spawn rather quickly, it's getting the first one that is very hard. (Y'know, with all that complicated red rose stuff)

If you have the beautiful ordnance enacted, here's a super helpful tip: On,y water the blue roses and carnations, will ensure that at least one will spawn. c: If you don't, disregard this sentence. lol
