Haven't watched it yet, but I'm picking Captain America's side purely for Ant-Man. My sole reason. If not, I'd definitely pick Iron-Man's side. The concept sounds very interesting according to Jinxed.

I bet Ant-Man gets absolutely no screen time and I go for nothing

they've been asked to sign some documents that mean the government has complete control over their powers because they've caused damage in the past. tony feels responsible for sokovia and chooses to sign but cap doesn't trust the government after the whole ordeal with hydra in the winter soldier, so doesn't want to sign.
