Can't get in to reset center!

So i have the place built and everything i looked it up on how to
get in
but i will not work!
i had it rain and then the next day it did not rain
so i made it 8pm like im supposed to
but i still could not get inside!
what am i doing wrong?​

I think it has a chance of opening under those precise circumstances. I've been there a few times in my old town, I guess it's all up to luck.

In my town is usually open in a clear day after a rainy/snowy/stormy day, when clock is 21.00h-23.59h.

When I had the reset center I never managed to get in once. Didn't matter when I tried or what weather I tried in it was just never open. Apparently it's supposed to be more common to see it open after 9pm, but I don't know as I never managed it. Hopefully you get inside at some point
