Can't find Pierce.

He's not in his house. I looked everywhere for him. He's not responding to the megaphone, and I tried 10 times in different voices.

Then he's probably out somewhere on Main Street or in one of the buildings there. Whenever I can't find a villager, I just save and quit, and then start up my game again in hopes that the villager will either be in their home or close to it.

I'd check the Museum too, sometimes your villagers are wandering around in there and after i've checked all the shops and i know they aren't in town i find them wandering in there. I wish they didn't go up to mainstreet sometimes they don't say anything interesting either when they're there.

Don`t forget to check the cafe, but sometimes a villager is nowhere to find. It`s strange. Maybe they visit their family

I second checking the museum. That's where mine usually are.
The museum, Re-Tail, or the Able Sisters...

He's not on the beach, Main Street, the Nookling store, Able Sisters OR the museum. He's still not in the main part of town either... And I haven't built the Cafe yet.

If you have a beach without a ramp, it's worth checking there. Fuchsia ended up there somehow once in my town

Maybe....He is on the raised part of the map (the hillside? I don't know what it's called...where the river waterfall comes from), where you can't get to...or in another villager's house?

If you still haven't found him and you don't mind TTing a few hour, TT like 2~3 hours ahead you might be able to find him in his house or outside then.. they seem to change their locations every few hours or so.

That's actually not true! Sometimes they'll just be in each other's houses visiting. So I also recommend checking the villager houses if you haven't yet.

The best way to find him is to just save and quit, then get back on and check for him again. They usually change their location when you save and quit.

You're mistaken. I've found quite a few villagers hanging out in others houses, and it was nobody's b-day.
But congrats on finding him, finally!
