Can't Decide?

I've been thinking about what to get, and I'm stuck between 3 options!


A new Wii game: Please recommend a simulation game and not action adventure. I played too much KH and need a break.

Minecraft: I have been wanting this about a week ago. I don't want this badly but it's a consideration.

An RPG-Maker + Add-on: I also have been wanting this about two weeks ago. It's really cool, you can make games with it!


I will be including a poll so vote on that if you want.

There's not too much simulation games on the Wii that are good. I've heard that Harvest Moon: Animal Parade is pretty good though.

I wouldn't recommend Minecraft. The game's fun on short bursts, but playing it for hours a day makes it more tedious than fun.

I would recommend the computer version of Minecraft.
You'll be able to create anything architecturally imaginable, play with other using a server or LAN "server", survive on your own, and even fly around in creative mode. Besides the point that you can build anything you want, you can even download maps that other people have made and do fun RPG stories with them. There are many types of map: Puzzle maps, Parkour maps, Adventure maps, simulation maps, and even survival maps.

For a great example of a map: check out the map Bouefield on the Minecraft forums. Its not complete yet but it offers a lot of stunning adventure in the first chapter. Make the right choice. Minecraft for President.

Minecraft is fun. It kinda lost its potential into the future, though.
Its kinda boring without mods and such.

Do a bit of research to be sure though. With Minecraft, its all about imagination. No one will talk, if you need something to say something you'll have to write it on signs or in books in Minecraft. You'll have to play around with it before you get started on building any sort of map though. Watch some Minecraft videos

I've been playing for two years and never used a single mod other than performance enhancing mods, or mini-maps. I still have fun. But, to each his own.

I couldn't agree with this anymore than i am. IMO 50% of the community are trolls or just plain retards.
