Can't change avatar

This could be related to the downtime, but I'm not sure.
I was trying to change my avatar to one I have used here before

@Vrisnem Well, it let me re-upload that one, but I still can't use Callie for some reason.

Also, I was definitely using that gif of Callie as an avatar sometime last month, so I don't understand why it wouldn't work now.

I'm having the same problem right now, except I was able to upload a gif avatar I had previously, but no new ones. I resized it so it could fit but it still wouldn't work.
