Not sure as of yet. The closest I could find for a list of release dates is http://www.gamefaqs.com/3ds/997811-animal-crossing-new-leaf/wiki/3-3-downloadable-content-list but even that list doesn't know.

(I can't actually vouch for the credibility of any of these, haha. Not a fan of GameFAQs, but it does seem slightly reliable, and the closest to a proper list as I've ever seen.)
