Can you Rationalise this?

I am a firm believer in Ghosts and Paranormal activity and i know people say its all poppycock (lol at my englishness), So i have this story which ACTUALLY happened to me and this is why i believe in ghosts, not just because i watched Ghost Hunters and thought: 'HOLY *censored.2.0* THATZ SO REAL'.


In my old house (which was haunted, it was early Victorian) we had a basement with a Pool table in, it was a proper Pub pool table which took my dad and 2 of his friends (which were like man mountains) to move it, my dad would ALWAYS put the pool table to the left side of the room, he would then lock the basement, in the morning when he would go back down to get the washing (our wash room was next to the basement) the Pool table had moved to the right side of the room. Now MANY people have said "Your house was on a slope, so of course the Pool table could of simply slid down the room", But the slope went from the North to the south of the room, the Pool table moved from WEST to EAST. Also (i was eyewitness to this) When i was playing Pool with my cousins we were pocketing balls and the balls would go down pipes and then appear in the side to show what balls were pocketed, as we pocketed the balls didnt appear, we pocketed ALL of the balls and still, they did not appear. When my dad opened the pool table up NONE of the balls were inside, now theese were PURE Ivory Pool cues (the pool table was old), the Pipes were fine and me+my cousins WERE searched since my dad didnt want to loose them. We searched the room and never found them again.
I would like someone to TRY to come up with a scientific answer to how this could of all happened ;]

EDIT: You said you picked up all the balls, and then they didn't appear in the pocket. If they aren't there it's hardly likely that you'll see them, is it?

No, i said i pocketed the balls, as in shot and scored.
so it went into the pocket and should of just gone down the pipes and appeared in the bit to show the balls had been pocketed, but it didnt, upon inspection the balls were gone, and not 1 was found. and we pocketed EVERY ball, including Cue.

And how it moved and where the balls went i want to know

First off, why would a ghost move a pool table? Seems like a waste of the afterlife to me. I mean rather than ask why we think it could have not been ghosts, why not ask why you think it is ghosts. Unless ghosts are purely illogical, which if were once human I find unlikely why do such weird things.

Also did you ever get different balls for the table? Cause there could be a problem in the table and they fell to a deeper part of it or something.

1. Why do ghosts move other random objects? that was kinda lame for an answer. The fact was NOONE could get into the basement, only my dad and it took 3 HUGE men to move the pool table, so he couldnt move it on his own due to his back problems, so there was NO way he could've moved it and same with my mum. the only entrance to the basement was the door which my dad locked.

2. My dad and a friend who used to manage pool tables took it apart, they didnt find the balls.

I watched them every time since i used to join in.
They ALWAYS moved it to the left,
during the night it moved to the right.
They had gone home and dad was in bed.

The last thing im doing is using them, thoose things cause problems.

Plus i live in sussex now, my old house was in devon (Paignton)

Also Ciaran i didnt lol, but im not annoyed, I respect that people dont believe in ghosts and so i respect your opionion. since oddly my father is TOTALLY skeptical with ghosts but he doesnt have an explantion for the Pool table. (and he usually has an answer for everything.)
