I'd like to have suggestions and give me feedback.
I'm still working on it and behin the cafe I'm gonna put like a campfire area there like with trees and the log benches and the campfire and its gonna be great!

Your town is turning out really good actually!
Maybe a 7 or 8/10? Just because it's still in progress

In my opinion I think you should make a little garden around here maybe surrounding a windmill?
Maybe give your town a fantasy theme with pink, purple, and red flowers... I think it'll look great with your path!

By Retail you could add a bus stop, I think that'll look cute!



I'm not sure modern is the way to go though...

But honestly your town is very good and I can tell you worked hard on it!
And you don't need me to tell you that either !

I'll visit in a while and update this post.

Edit: You have a lot of pretty areas and a lot of underdeveloped areas. Overall I would say dig up all the stuff you have buried. Putting it all on the beach is better than having crap strewn all around your town. But you have a lot of blank patches I assume you're putting PWPs there. One pet peeve of mine that's just a personal preference is having all the paths connect all the houses and main areas. I personally like there to be a path to everything, but that's just me. It has a lot of potential you just have to clean it up. I know it's a WIP. You can visit my DA if you want for ideas or just to see how OCD I am about path placement. I'm doing a lot of updating to my town right now, so even my DA is outdated and I just updated it like a week ago. XD I'm indecisive, but your town is coming along nicely I think.
