Can you modify wallpaper and flooring?

I ask this because I want to make all the astro furniture blue and black but then the wallpaper and flooring wont match it. Are you able to also change them to blue and black?

I haven't come across any wallpapers/flooring that you could modify. So I'm thinking you can't. Hopefully someone will come along and prove me wrong, because this has been bugging me too.

If you can't, you could always try making a pattern, or commissioning one on the able sister's board.

You can't. Which stinks, because some of the sets really need matched wall and floor.
