can you invite the returning villagers to your campground with the amiibo cards?

is the only option to ask them to move in, or can they visit in their RV? Also, does anyone know when these are available?

They visit with their RV and whilst in the RV you can order furniture and/or ask them to move in. They can also be adopted from other towns, as so the series 1-4 cards.
They'll be available on the 2nd of December for NA, and EU/AU/JP already has them I'm pretty sure.
