Can you get rid of untrue negative feedback?

So I saw a guy being very rude to others and swearing on forums and since I dont see any reporting system I decided to leave a negative wifi rating.

I now realise it was wrong to do and I deleted the feedback but he has given me bad feedback back for no reason other than cause I did it.

I contacted him nicely and asked him to delete as I deleted mine but he ignored it and now im stuck with an untrue and unfair rating.

Please can someone help? I'd love to get rid of it as I've never tried to be rude or mean. I just did what I thought you were supposed to do
