As ashamed as I am to admit it, I was planning to attempt the Camp Site Reset method to try and see if I could find a villager that I would like to get in my town, but as far as I know, Campers won't appear during holidays. I was wondering if the Bug-Off counted as a Holiday, or if it's possible to get a camper during these days.
Can you get Campers during the day of the Bug-Off?

Plus, if you reset like 10 times and there's no camper just move onto the next day.
