Can villagers that were invited by Wisp(RV/Card) move out naturally?

This applies to ALL the cards/figures. (Series 1~4, Returning 50, Sanrio, Splatoon, Zelda, and Felyne. I don't think Filly(7-11) or Holden(Fueki) can move in. Correct me if I'm wrong.)

Like if your town has 9~10 villagers and you only invited one of the villagers mentioned above(with the other 8/9 being natural via random, void, campsite, starting 5, etc.), are they able to ping you to move?

yes, amiibo villagers can ask to move out! however i believe they dont contribute to the 16 villager cycle so im p sure you can move them back in.

Oh cool, that's good news!

But.. In my cycle town, 6 out of my 9 villagers were invited by Wisp to kick out a couple of villagers so that they can move to my main town.. But they have NEVER asked to move..
Only the ones that moved in randomly(like Coach), through my campsite(like Skye, Bluebear, and Zucker), by other players(Carmen and Muffy), or my starting 5(Gladys) have pinged me..
Am I doing something wrong?

Well, I heard that Sanrio villagers and villagers invited via Amiibo figure won't ask to move. Also, apparently villagers invited by normal Amiibo cards, as well as welcome Amiibo, will ask to move, but not as often as others.

Oh.. That's just great. Looks like I won't be inviting Cece, Vich?, Epona, Ganon, or Inkwell any time soon. If I end up not wanting them anymore, then I'm kinda screwed? At least the 50 Returning can ping. (Wait, can the Returning 50 kick out villagers too? Like how Wisp can?)
