Can someone make me a banner that would match my avatar? :3

I haven't messed with any graphic art programs to make things in a very long time, plus I don't have them anymore
So I kindly request a nice favor; please make me one I would greatly appreciate it.

My avatar is the galaxy with a cats (in case its too small for some to tell.. I'd like the banner to be galaxy (stars) with blue, purple and pink in it. And with "Courtnee" in the top center in light pink font with a black outline. And in the left corner is where I was the cats. I don't have any cats in particular that I want, so just surprise me I guess with the cats you choose. I want the galaxy to blend in with the cats though (if you understand what I mean). The cat in my avatar does that so there's an example.
Under the test "Courtnee" I want "Little T" in the same kinda font and color. Then below that I want my FC, also in that font. (My FC is under my avatar).

I hope this isn't a lot to ask. I can pay bells or give items or pay in some kind of way, if that's needed.

Smaller than the largest size I can have on here. Doesn't really matter exactly what size, but definitely smaller than than maximum size your banner can be.

You could add that effect to the ones around the letters too if you'd like ^_^
