ackk i'm so sorry if you took it that way, i don't mean it personally. the reason i look for wifi rating is because i want to entrust someone with a villager whom i love dearly but i'm losing because of an accident.
everyone earns their wifi ratings, and you will too eventually. again, i'm not implying that i do not trust you but cases like this are the reason behind wifi rating.

again i'm sincerely sorry and thank you again for your thoughtfulness.
