Can someone explain how me where and how to actually make a town tune? :wacko:

Go to the Town Hall.

Go to the Town Hall, and speak to Pelly or Phyllis, whoever is on duty at the time. You want to speak to them at the Civic Center counter, the one with the green mat on the floor. They will present you with Options, look for and choose "Town Tune". You then change it as you wish. Once you're done, confirm it, and you're set.
