Can someone explain TBT bells to in-game bells conversion?

I've been on the site for a while now and still haven't figured out what the TBT bells to in-game bells conversion is. Can someone explain to me? c: and can someone also explain what someone does with TBT bells?

it ranges from 100 tbt = 3mil to 5mil.

or 1 tbt = 30,000 to 50,000.

it change so who knows if it'll go higher or lower than that range in the future
