I'm not sure if this is due to the wintery-snow or not, but my Asian-Themed town seems very barren -- and I don't really know where to place what. My dream address is 4400-5140-6917. Could decorating experts tell me what I need to do?

PS I'm also trying to see if I could separate my upper half of the town into a place for all PWPs, while the bottom half will be mostly forests and -maybe- some roads, because I plan for it to have villagers come in and out without ruining my town.
Also, am I going a bit overboard with the patterns? I feel like the patterns aren't working out the way I wanted them to be.
